Delivery
What's the delivery cost?
We offer free shipping within Poland. For deliveries to other European countries, the shipping cost is calculated during checkout.
What’s the delivery time?
We strive to deliver our products as quickly as possible. Domestic shipments should reach you within 72 hours from dispatch, and European shipments within 7 days. If a product is currently out of stock, the waiting time may extend up to 14 days. In such cases, we will inform you about the delivery date.
Which courier companies do you use for deliveries?
Our products are delivered by DB Schenker, which handles shipments across all of Europe, and by GEODIS for local deliveries. To ensure the safe transport of our mirrors, we work exclusively with courier companies that specialize in large-scale shipments.
Does the delivery include bringing the mirror to the door or inside the apartment?
The courier isn’t required to deliver large packages directly to your door. However, if you’d like this service, you can select the mirror delivery to your door during checkout for an additional fee. Please note that door delivery is currently available only in Poland.
Is it possible to change the details or address of a placed order?
Yes. To do this, please contact us via email as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll update your details.
What should I do if the package was damaged?
If the package is damaged, please create a damage report to help us determine the cause. Describe the condition of the packaging and provide detailed information. You have the right to refuse to accept a damaged package. In that case, please notify us as soon as possible at kontakt@rajemirrors.pl. Keep in mind that failing to provide a damage report or incorrectly preparing the document may delay the processing of your claim.
Returns
How can I return a product?
If you’d like to make a return, please email us at kontakt@rajemirrors.pl with your order number and details about the return. We’ll then provide you with the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are on you. Once you have the address, you can arrange for a courier to send the product back.
How much time do I have to return a product?
14 days is the time allowed for returning an undamaged and unused product without the need to provide a reason. A refund will be issued once we receive and verify the returned product.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use the Tpay payment gateway, which allows payments via BLIK, online or traditional bank transfer, and PayPal. Additionally, we offer installment plans through Alior Bank and deferred payment options with PayPo and PragmaPay.
How can I receive a VAT invoice?
E-mail us at kontakt@rajemirrors.pl with your company details, and we will prepare and send the VAT invoice as quickly as possible.
Can I use more than one coupon code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
